Your Ideal Diet
You don’t need another diet – you already have one, and it’s your diet that you are living with. But, you are not losing weight. After a diet “check-up,” we will make suggestions, so you have better nutrition, balanced macros, and you still having foods you like in realistic portions. AND you can lose the weight!
Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan
Many processed foods can cause inflammation in the body, resulting in weight gain, painful joints, and swelling in the body. Increased inflammation puts all of the body’s systems into danger and potential dis-function, which can lead to disease. Switch to an anti-inflammatory diet and watch your weight stabilize, your swelling decrease, and your pain subside.
The 30/100 “Kick Start” Plan
Many people ask for a meal plan or diet to begin their journey. If you need a starting point, Margaret has designed a meal plan that is full of nutrition and includes 30 grams of sugar and 100 grams of carbs a day. It’s a plan you can build on. Nutritionally complete and actually tastes good!
