This program is a low-carbohydrate, high protein option that provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack menus plus a shopping list. There is also a special "boost foods" section to offer options when you need a little more in your daily menu.
Special diets for certain health concerns such as inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, fatty liver, and heart health. Includes a one-hour initial consultation and creation of your individual diet plan. Meeting to discuss plan implementation included. Follow-up consultations available at $45/hour.
