ONE-ON-ONE COACHING:
With personalized one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive the tailored guidance you need to achieve your goals.
You can choose a fitness program that includes personal training/exercise only. If you want weight loss and nutrition only, that option is available. Or you may want a comprehensive coaching plan that includes exercise, weight loss, and nutrition, designed specifically to your needs. You decide what is best for you at this time in your life.
GROUP COACHING:
Margaret facilitates a 12-week long weight loss class and on-going weight loss support groups in person in Albuquerque and remotely via ZOOM. Weight training classes are not offered in a group setting.
Working with a group has the additional reward of support from like-minded people and the camaraderie that a community provides.
ALL COACHING PLANS include a “mindset reset” component, emphasizing that lasting results come from within. We focus extensively on mindset because we believe that without a shift in thinking, even the best programs won’t grant you lasting success.
