Begin With a Fitness Assessment
Every client begins their journey with a thorough fitness assessment. This will not only help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, but it is the foundation from which we develop a training plan that’s tailored to your unique needs.
Individual Training
One-on-one training includes cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance as needed and identified in the training plan. Sessions are one hour in length and are discounted with multiple sessions booked. We recommend at least 10 sessions to start, as the process takes time and results come with repetition and consistency.
