12-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS CLASS
The 12-week weight loss class is designed to foster sustainable change, focusing on transforming habits for long-term success.
Participants learn to create personalized diets tailored to their own food preferences, ensuring that their nutritional plans are both enjoyable and effective-without giving up some of their favorite treats!
By re-framing the understanding of food and how the body utilizes it as nutrition and fuel, individuals develop a healthier relationship with eating, making them more aware of the positive impact of their choices on their overall well-being.
The program also addresses self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors, providing tools and techniques to curb negative self-talk, identifying and dealing with “triggers” that set off emotional eating, and building a supportive mindset.
Additionally, participants spend time on finding the deeper “why” they have started a weight loss and health journey. They re-write their “story” of where they have been, where they are now, and where they want to be as they journey toward a transformation in health and wellness.
ON-GOING WEIGHT LOSS SUPPORT GROUP
This weekly weight loss support group, which participants can join at any time, or following the 12-week weight loss class, serves as an ongoing source of motivation and accountability.
Every session begins with a weigh-in to set benchmarks and track progress, and each session continues to reinforce the core concepts learned in the weight loss class. These concepts include safe dieting practices, making healthy choices, and maintaining a positive mindset for sustained success.
This supportive community provides a safe space for members to share their journeys, celebrate victories, and tackle challenges together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and empowerment.
