“What kind of experience do you have working with people in my age group?”
We have worked with seniors 65+ for many years, both in weight loss classes, in the gym, and in their homes. This includes designing specific diets and planning an age-appropriate exercise program to fit their individual needs.
“What kind of results have your clients achieved?” 
Our clients have lost weight, reduced body fat, managed pain, gained flexibility and strength, and found more energy to live the life they love. We have had the pleasure to see many seniors find renewed confidence and often, a new outlook on life.
“How do you tailor your program to fit my specific needs and goals?”
Every program starts with a complete assessment of your current diet and physical condition. After the assessment, a personalized program is designed with your needs, goals, and any physical limitations or dietary restrictions in mind.
“How much time commitment is required for the program?”
It depends on each person’s goals. As you know, sustainable results take time and consistency. We have worked with clients for several months up to two years, and more.
“What kind of dietary changes will I need to make?” 
We start with an assessment of your current diet, and after review, a plan to balance your macros and nutrition will be suggested; however, we never insist you make immediate, drastic changes to your current eating plan. Gradual change is best, and we include some of your “favorite” indulgences; otherwise, a diet will fail!
“What happens if I have a medical condition or physical limitations?”
One size does not fit all. We always design a program that fits your individual needs.
“What makes your program different from other health and fitness programs?”
Our programs are uniquely designed to specialize in the older adult’s needs, recognizing that aging brings different requirements and challenges compared to younger individuals. Every client receives personal attention, prioritizing safety and support suitable for each individual’s lifestyle and preferences.
